# Calendar data

## Short answer

The calendar file is our month-by-month list of reservation and lottery facts, each with a source URL.

`/data/calendar.json` is the only calendar record file we publish. Each item is one row from our calendar: the plain-text fact, the month or group it belongs to, the date we verified it, and the official source URLs for that row. Status labels for CONFIRMED, PATTERN, and TBA are included so a reader can interpret the permit list.

The file is not a copy of an agency feed. Rows we cannot tie to a source URL are not given a fake citation. Affiliate URLs are not included. Internal working fields are not included.

The shape is [the calendar schema](/data/calendar.schema.json). Responses are `application/json` with `X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff`. Cite the [calendar page](/calendar/) when you quote a row, along with the last-verified date and the official source on that row.
